Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using WordNest. These terms explain how you may access, purchase, download, and use WordNest digital assets.
Terms overview
These Terms apply when you browse WordNest, create an account, download free assets, purchase premium assets, or use WordNest services. By using WordNest, you agree to these Terms and the WordNest License.
WordNest service
WordNest provides word-based digital assets for creative projects. Products may include Word Cloud, Typography Design, Shape Word Art, and Social Text Pack assets. File formats vary by product and may include SVG, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or ZIP when available. Product pages show available formats for each asset.
Accounts
You may need an account to download files, save favorites, access purchases, and manage downloads. You are responsible for keeping account details secure and providing accurate information. WordNest may restrict or suspend accounts if misuse, fraud, abuse, or license violations are detected.
Purchases and downloads
WordNest currently offers single purchases only. We do not currently offer subscriptions. Free downloads require sign-in. Premium downloads require paid order status. Digital files are delivered through account or order access where available. You must not attempt to bypass payment, login, download, or access restrictions.
Payment provider
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, such as Lemon Squeezy. The payment provider may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices or receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and related compliance where applicable. WordNest does not store full card details.
License compliance
Downloading or purchasing an asset gives you a license to use it under the WordNest License. WordNest assets are licensed, not sold. The license does not transfer copyright, ownership, exclusive rights, trademark rights, service mark rights, logo rights, or exclusive brand identity rights.
You must follow the License. Premium assets include POD license use up to 5,000 physical product sales per purchased asset. Free assets have more limited rights as described in the License.
Prohibited uses
You must not resell source files, resell digital files, redistribute files, share files publicly, sell an asset as a standalone digital product, claim exclusive ownership, use assets as trademarks, service marks, logos, or exclusive brand identities, or use assets in unlawful, hateful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
You must not upload, resell, or redistribute WordNest digital files on stock, template, design asset, or digital download marketplaces. This marketplace restriction does not prevent allowed physical POD product sales under the premium license. You must not scrape, copy, abuse, attack, disrupt the service, or bypass payment, account, or download protections.
Content and intellectual property
WordNest, site design, branding, assets, previews, files, metadata, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may only use downloaded assets according to the applicable license. WordNest may remove or update assets if needed.
Availability, changes, and errors
WordNest may update products, prices, file formats, pages, features, or availability. WordNest may correct errors or remove assets if needed. WordNest does not guarantee that every asset will remain available forever. You should download and store purchased files responsibly after purchase.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products are handled according to the Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on download or access status, duplicate purchase, technical issue, wrong file, or payment-provider rules.
Account suspension or termination
WordNest may restrict downloads, suspend accounts, cancel access, or refuse service for misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, copyright infringement, license violation, or attempts to bypass security or payment restrictions.
Limitation of liability and no warranties
WordNest is provided on an "as available" basis. WordNest tries to provide accurate product information, but does not guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for checking that an asset fits your project, software, license needs, and legal use case.
WordNest is not responsible for indirect, incidental, business, revenue, reputation, or project losses to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Changes to these Terms
WordNest may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.
