WordNest Asset License
WordNest licenses word-based digital assets for creative projects, including Word Cloud, Typography Design, Shape Word Art, and Social Text Pack products.
WordNest assets are licensed, not sold. Purchasing or downloading an asset does not transfer copyright, ownership, exclusive rights, trademark rights, or any claim of exclusive control over the design.
Free Assets License
Free assets can be used for personal projects and limited non-commercial creative work. A free WordNest account is required to download free assets and access files securely.
Premium Commercial License
Premium assets can be used for personal and commercial projects, client work, marketing, social media, websites, print projects, and eligible print-on-demand products. Premium downloads require paid status.
POD License Included
Premium assets include print-on-demand use up to 5,000 physical product sales per purchased asset. No Extra POD Upgrade is needed for eligible premium assets.
What you can do
- Use free and premium assets in personal projects.
- Use premium assets in commercial design projects.
- Use premium assets in client work.
- Create marketing and social media graphics.
- Create print materials, posters, cards, presentations, and educational resources.
- Use assets on websites and in digital content.
- Use premium assets for print-on-demand physical products up to 5,000 physical product sales per purchased asset.
What you cannot do
- No source file resale.
- No digital file resale.
- No redistribution, sharing, or uploading files publicly.
- No uploading, reselling, or redistributing the digital files on stock, template, design asset, or digital download marketplaces.
- No selling the asset as a standalone digital product.
- No claiming exclusive ownership.
- No trademark, service mark, logo, or exclusive brand identity use.
- No unlawful, hateful, defamatory, misleading, or harmful use.
Shared marketplace assets
WordNest assets are non-exclusive. The same asset may be available to other customers, and no purchase creates exclusive ownership or exclusive rights.
Using assets for clients
Buyers may use premium assets in client projects, but the client does not receive exclusive rights, trademark rights, logo rights, or ownership of the underlying asset.
Available formats
Available file formats depend on the asset and may include SVG, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or ZIP when available. Product pages show the available formats for each asset.
